A 7-Day workshop with Jill Williams
This unique painting workshop is designed to teach you how to loosen up, trust your process, and find a new joy through painting abstract watercolor.
Growing as an artist is more than just putting paint to paper consistently. In this workshop, you'll experience artistic growth, a feeling of ease and joy with your painting approach, and a new sense of direction on your own artistic style....and it will feel fun! You'll also get to share and receive encouragement about your growth and transformation with all the participants in the workshop.
LET'S LOOSEN UP! For 7 straight days, we'll paint together live, learn new techniques, and learn more about your own creative process, and how to put 'play' back into the painting process. We're going to accomplish so much together! In addition to our painting sessions, you'll get several teaching sessions on healthy mindsets for artists, self-care, journaling, meditation, books to read, and more! Each participant will get a downloadable workbook for notes, reminders, journaling, and to track your progress. Let's do this!
Do you have time constraints? It's not an issue. The entire workshop will take place in our own private Facebook group, and all the replays, resources, and instruction will be available to you for life. This means you can tune in at the times that work for you throughout the week.

Tuesday 13: Guided Meditation, painting session, self care: (value of practicing gratitude)
Wednesday 14: Creative Process Session, painting assignment, self care topic (making physical & mental room)
Thursday 15: Mindsets for the artist, technique demo, self care topic: (kicking perfectionism to the curb)
Friday 16: Painting session, self care topic: (limiting beliefs)
Saturday 17: Creative Well, painting, self care practice
Sunday 18: Creative Well, painting, self care practice
Monday 19: Overview, Q & A Zoom (consultations)
